Payment
options
Currently
we only accept checks or money orders. Cash is not an option
for security reasons.
Payments may be made during
business hours at our office or dropped in our Night Deposit Box (located
on the front of our office) or mailed to us. We are looking into
other options such as paying by credit card but that is not
available at this time.
Establishing
Water Service When Buying an Existing Home - Buying
- As
the buyer you will need to sign a "Water Right Transfer
Form" and pay a $25.00
transfer fee (check or money order).
- Fill
out
a new Application and Customer Information Sheet.
- If
forms and fee are not received on or before the scheduled
final reading scheduled by the Seller the water service will
be shut off and not turned on till all forms and fees are
received.
Establishing
Water Service For Renters
- As
the renter you will need to sign the "Rental Agreement
Form" and pay a $25.00non-refundable fee.
(check or money order only)
- If
form and fee are not received prior to moving in the meter
will be shut off till such time as they are received.
Transfer
of Service of an Existing home - Selling
- As
the seller you will need to sign the "Water Right
Transfer Form".
- Notify
the water district of the date you wish the final reading on
your account to be done.
- Provide
the water district a forwarding address to send the final bill
to.
New
Construction - Purchasing a New Water Right:
- Fill out
"Application for Service"

Pay for Water Right at the time of application at the current
rate. ($5,000.00)

If main is across the street an additional fee of $350.00 for road
bore.
- Bring
a copy of the Warranty Deed showing you're the owner and
legal description.

Stopping
service
- Call
the office with a date to set up a final meter reading.
- If
selling the home sign the "Water Transfer Form" and
bring this to our office.
- Give
us a forwarding address to send the final bill.
