2. If after hours call 913-724-7000 Select option #2 and leave a message. Our on call personnel will be paged to return your call. (It is very important that you remember to provide your name, address, and telephone number.)

For Water Emergencies:

2. Service lines from the meter to your house are the homeowner's responsibility.  

Unauthorized Fire Hydrant Use:

2. Water theft costs all patrons money

Winter frozen meter:

1. Call the office at 913-724-7000
2. Don't try to thaw out the meter, as there is very sensitive electronic parts in the meter that could be damaged.
