Know How to recognize a water department employee
All Consolidated Water District #1 employees coming to your home will be in a Water District vehicle and will be wearing a Water District uniform.  If you have any questions, please contact our office prior to letting the person into your home.
Lawn Sprinkler Backflow Preventer Information
Consolidated Water District #1 requires an RPZ Backflow Preventer be installed on all lawn irrigation systems.  These devices must also be tested annually.

Meter Reading Technology
Consolidated Water District #1 utilizes the newest technology to read your water meter.  In 1998 we installed new meters with an electronic transmitter that send your meter reading to a vehicle as our employee drives by.
